With a life long passion for animal welfare and 19 years of pet grooming experience, Pet Purrspective is a Hollywood based grooming business, that strives for excellence when tending to your pets‘ grooming needs. Company founder, Matti, has taken courses in animal behavior to better understand the inner workings of our four-legged family members. She also spends her free time as a volunteer zoo keeper. This keeps us keen on how to better work along side our furry friends.
Humanity over vanity
While aesthetic appeal is something we are all drawn to, it’s not always attainable when grooming pets. For one reason or another, some animals undergo extreme stress when being groomed. This can sometimes be dangerous, as we work with very sharp tools. We take this into consideration at every turn of the process. If we are unable to complete any part of grooming, due to stress levels, we simply will not force it. However, we will strive to work slowly with your pet, to try and gain its trust. hopefully over time, our anxiety-ridden furry friends will trust us completely, and we can get the job done Beautifully.
Meet Sara Sullivan. Stylist apprentice and head bather.
Sara has a solid 7 years in the pet industry. She pours her love into her work, and splits her time with our salon and her toddler daughter, Inori. Although it is challenging, Sara shows up for our company in a big way. She is a major player in our ”Dream Team”, and has the best attributes for the job. Her level of comfort amongst dogs and cats is that of pure intuition. She is very detail oriented, which sometimes translates into noticing changes in a pets behavior, and recognizing abnormalities that we can relay to our clients. This is a valuable attribute, as we can help our fur pals with potential skin and coat issues from escalating. For the past year, Sara has been a student of the art of grooming. We are working hard at helping her achieve the next milestone in pet styling, and can’t wait to see her at the next level.

For the last 16 years, I’ve been dedicated to the art of grooming. I absolutely love it. Starting in 2008 as a bather and working my way up to management through multiple salons, I’ve been very fortunate to work with top groomers in the industry and constantly continue my education. My focus has been and always will be on the health and wellness of my clients. With an almost obsessive attention to detail i always aim for quality over quantity and I’m very happy to add my experience and care to the team here at Pet Purrspective. When I’m not grooming, you will find me riding and racing bicycles with my Los Angeles based team the CNCPT TEAM

Cat Nail Trimming + Nail Cap Application
$40 -$50
Call or text ahead for an appointment. you will need to leave your cat for at least 45 mins to allow the nail caps to set.
